Charging Case LED Indicators

  • No Light — The case is either fully charged or charging cable is not seated properly in the case.

  • Solid White — Charging is in progress for the case.

Tab LED Indicators During Charging

The tabs will show their indicator color for 30 seconds when placed in a case before going to sleep.

  • Pulsing Yellow on Tabs — The Tabs are charging inside the case and the battery level is under ~90%.

  • No Light — The Tab is seated incorrectly in the case or the case battery is dead.

  • Red — The Tabs are in factory reset mode. To exit, remove the tabs from the case and press the button on the Tab with the ~ symbol one time.

  • Solid Green — Charging is complete. The Tabs are fully charged and ready to use.

Steps for Charging

  1. Place Tabs in the case
Seat both Tabs firmly until the magnets pull them into place.

  2. Connect the charging cable
Plug the case into a USB wall adapter (5V/1–2A recommended).

  3. Check LEDs
Confirm pulsing yellow (charging) or solid green (fully charged).

  4. Charge fully before use
For best performance, allow Tabs to reach 100% before sessions.

Troubleshooting

  • No lights while charging — Make sure the cable and adapter are working. Try a different USB cable and wall plug.

  • Only one Tab charging — Remove and reseat the Tab. Clean contacts if needed with a dry, soft cloth.

  • Red lights unexpectedly — The Tabs may have entered reset mode. Take them out of the case and press the Tab with the ~ symbol on the back one time.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Always charge Tabs together so both are ready for your next session.

  • Store Tabs in the case when not in use to keep them protected and charged.
